Information collected
The general personal-review form requests a name, telephone number, optional email address, type of matter, optional court or county, optional date or deadline, and an optional brief description.
The dedicated McIntosh County forms request a Yes, No, or Unsure county response and a type of matter before displaying fields for a name, telephone number, and optional email address. A No response is handled in the browser and does not submit contact information.
How information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to review the inquiry, check potential conflicts, evaluate whether the matter may fit the practice, and communicate with the person. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial information, detailed confidential communications, or other highly sensitive information through the website.
Email delivery and website storage
Form information is delivered by email. Inquiry bodies are not intentionally stored in a website database, and no automatic acknowledgment email is sent at launch.
Security records and retention
Temporary rate-limit and duplicate-prevention records may be retained for up to 24 hours. Controlled diagnostic metadata and private emergency logs may be retained for no more than 30 days. These records are intended for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting and do not intentionally contain inquiry bodies.
Limited Google Ads conversion measurement
The two dedicated McIntosh County landing pages use a Google Ads tag to measure calls and campaign-specific form conversions. After an advertising interaction, Google may replace the displayed firm number with a Google forwarding number. Call reporting can include the caller’s telephone number when available, call start time, duration, area code, status, source, campaign, ad group, and search keyword. Google Ads call recording and third-party call-details forwarding are turned off.
A form conversion is sent only after the server confirms delivery of a form with a Yes or Unsure county response. It does not include the submitted name, telephone number, email address, matter type, narrative, or case facts. The tag disables advertising-personalization signals and enables restricted data processing. Enhanced conversions, Customer Match, and remarketing audiences are not used. Google may still receive ordinary technical request data and advertising click or cookie identifiers needed for conversion measurement, subject to Google’s policies.
Services not used
The website does not use general analytics, enhanced conversions, Customer Match, remarketing audiences, call recording, third-party call-details forwarding, chat, scheduling tools, or file uploads. Its only advertising measurement is the limited Google Ads conversion tag and call reporting described above.
